Signs to look for

  1. No hot water

    The boiler may have no power, a frozen condensate pipe or low pressure.

  2. Strange smells

    Could mean a gas leak. If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999 straight away.

  3. Slow to warm up

    Worth checking before you lose heating or hot water altogether.

  4. Rattling or whistling

    Often a sign of a build-up of deposits inside the system.

  5. Switching itself off

    Or a pilot light that keeps going out. Several causes; we will find it.

We are Gas Safe registered, which is a legal requirement for any engineer working on gas appliances. Our engineers carry their official ID card: ask to see it when we arrive.

Service plans

Repairs are covered on two of our plans.

The Essential plan covers repair labour, and the Premium plan covers parts and labour. Every plan includes free priority callout.

  • Basic£12 a monthAnnual servicing. Boiler repairs are not included.
  • Essential£27 a monthAdds boiler repair labour. Repair parts are not included.
  • Premium£33 a monthRepairs with parts and labour, radiator leaks and controls.

  • Matt was very professional & friendly, I had two new radiators installed one being a very stylish vertical which he sourced for me taking care it would fit and the weight would be ok on my very flimsy wall. He also installed a Hive which I’m very pleased with. Thank you Matt great outcome . Called Matt out a second time a year later as had no hot water or heating , he was 10 minutes away so offered to pop in, luckily it was a quick and easy fault which he fixed there and then, such a helpful guy going that extra mile .
